amount和number在英文裡相同指的是數量，但用法大不同喔！

『amount』是表達東西的數量，『number』也是表達東西的數量，那我們來看看這兩個用法差別在哪吧！
amount (n.) ＊後接不可數名詞
👉I spent a large amount of time on this report.
我花了大量時間在做這個報告。
number (n.) ＊後接可數名詞
👉In Taiwan, the number of bikes is increasing.
在臺灣，腳踏車的數量正上升中。
