英文片語「try one's best?」「at one's best? 」差別在哪？

凡事盡力而為，才不會事後後悔，英文可以用「do / try one's best to V」來表達「盡全力去做某件事」，此外還有一個與之相似的片語，『at one's best👍』指的則是『在一個人的最佳狀態時』。以下例句用法：
