「肚子餓」的各種英文說法，starving比hungry更餓！
肚子餓了，英文你只會說「I'm hungry」嗎？今天要來教教你其他不同的飢餓英文，其中還有類似中文的誇飾說法「餓到可以吃下一頭牛」，看下去：
• hungry (adj.) 飢餓的
Are you hungry ? Do you want to have some cookies?
你會餓嗎？你想吃點餅乾嗎？
Is it time for lunch yet? I'm hungry!
午餐時間到了沒？我好餓！
• starve (v.) 挨餓；餓死
There wasn't enough food that year, so many people starved.
• I'm starving. 我快餓死了。
starving 原本真的是表示「餓得奄奄一息」，但是在這邊是作為誇飾表示「非常餓」。
I was in a hurry today, so I didn't eat breakfast or lunch. I’m starving!
我今天趕時間，所以沒吃早餐和午餐，現在很餓！
• I'm famished. 我餓壞了。
✽ famished (adj.) 餓極了
• My stomach is growling. 我的肚子在咕嚕咕嚕叫。
✽ growl (v.) 低沉吼叫
• I could eat a horse. 我餓極了。
✽ 類似於中文常說的「我餓到可以吃下一頭牛」。
