英文如何表達「過去常做，但現在不做」的狀態？

人的習慣或想法常有改變，以前喜歡的現在未必仍然喜歡，英文我們可以用👉「used toV」表達「過去常做，但現在不做」。
📝 Taipei 101 used to be the tallest building in the world, but now it's the tenth tallest.
臺北101過去曾經是全世界最高的建築物，如今它排行第十。
📝 若為否定句，已助動詞 didn't 後方接 use to 表示：
This river didn't use to be so dirty. You could swim in it before.
這條河以前沒有那麼髒，而且還可以在裡面游泳。
