超實用英文文法：形容詞的「最高級用法」

形容詞除了原級和比較級，還有最高級的型態（變化規則不只是+est），用來表示三者（以上）的比較中「最…的」，且使用時前方常加「the」表達唯一、獨特性。基本句型如下：
 
📌 I think my cat Bob is the cutest animal in the world!
我覺得我的貓咪鮑伯是世界上最可愛的動物！
 
📌 John is the strongest boy in our class. He can lift very heavy weights.
約翰是我們班上最強壯的男孩，他可以舉起很重的重量。
 
📌 This is the easiest English test that our teacher has ever given us! I'm sure I'll get an A.
這是老師給我們考過最簡單的英語測驗！我很確定自己能夠拿到A的成績。
 
📌 Summer is always the hottest season of the year.
夏天總是一年之中最熱的季節。
 
📌 Richard is the most handsome of the three brothers.
理查是三兄弟裡面最帥的那個。
 
 
 
‼ 形容詞最高級前方加上one of the，表示「其中一個最…的」，此時形容詞最高級後方若有名詞則須使用複數名詞。
This snake is one of the most dangerous animals in the world.
這種蛇是世界上最危險的動物之一。
