「take off」的多種用法一次學
「take off」這片語主要的意思是”離開”，飛機從地面離開(起飛)、開始走紅或是某人從某地離開都是「take off」的衍生意思。

飛機上午八點半起飛。
脫去（衣物）

（常指不打招呼就）突然離開

他一看見我就往另外一個方向躲開了。
突然開始成功；開始走紅
👉 Her singing career had just begun to take off.
