做「家事」的英文除了可以用「Housework」之外還可以用「chore」

你平常在家裡會做家事嗎？像是＂洗衣、洗碗、掃地、拖地＂等… 這些都是我們統稱的「家事」，在英文裡叫「chore」：
chore (n.) 日常瑣事；家務
👉 I'll go shopping when I've done my chores (= done the jobs in or around the house).
我把家務瑣事做完後要去購物。
