飲食習慣：在家吃、外出吃，英文怎麼說？

最近因為疫情的關係😷，許多人開始減少外出用餐的次數，改以外帶或在家料理🍳，降低跟人群接觸的風險，英文說法很簡單，可以直接用「eat」+「out」表達外出吃飯；加上「in」則表達在家吃飯：
🔷 eat out 去餐廳吃飯；外出用餐
I don't have much food in the fridge, so I'm going to eat out tonight.
我冰箱裡已經沒多少食物了，所以我今晚要出去吃。
🔷 eat in 在家吃飯
Lisa's trying to save money, so she's going to eat in more often and not go to restaurants.
麗莎正試著節省開銷，所以她打算多在家吃而不要上餐廳。
