of course 的不同用法

『of course』在不同的情況下使用，其實也有著不同的涵義。『of course』其實和＂yes / sure / certainly / absolutely / No problem＂都有著差不多的意思：
『of course』當然 表示肯定或允許做某事
A: “Can I join you for lunch?”
我可以跟你們一起吃午餐嗎？
B: “Of course you can have lunch with us!”
你當然可以跟我們一起吃午餐！
『of course』當然；自然 表示接下來所說的事很理所當然或已經爲人所知
Henry got sick at school today. He went home, of course.
Henry 今天在學校生病了，所以他當然回家了。
『of course』當然 表示（不）接受或（不）同意對方所說的話
A: “Thanks for helping me clean the house.”
謝謝你幫我清理房子。
B: “Of course! I'm happy to help.”
當然！我很樂意幫忙。
