「炒」菜的英文到底要用「fried」還是「fry」？

在烹飪裡少不了『炒』跟『炸』，『炒』這個字就是＂把食物置鍋內，以少量的油略為翻攪至熟者＂，則『炸』就是＂把食物投入多量的沸油中，直至外皮成金黃色即可撈起＂，雖說做法不同，但在英文裡是可以使用一樣的單字喔！
fried (adj.) 油炒的；油炸的；油煎的
👉Carrie made some fried noodles with carrots, chicken, and corn.
Carrie 用紅蘿蔔、雞肉還有玉米做炒麵。
fry (v.) 油炒；油炸；油煎
👉My grandpa put some oil in the pan before he fried the vegetables.
我爺爺炒青菜之前，先在鍋裡放了點油。
