你對英文「不定代名詞」的用法知多少呢？
不定代名詞用來表示不特定的人事物，可以分為「範圍限定」和「範圍不限定」兩種用法喔！這也是許多人感到混淆困擾的部分😵 以下圖解懶人包教大家分辨他們的用法差異：

在「限定範圍」內用來列舉總數為 2 ，表示「一個...剩餘的另一個....」
There are only two people at the bus stop. One is an old man; the other is a police officer.
公車站只有兩個人。其中一個是一位老人，另一個則是一位警察。
I'm going to take two tests today. One is math, and the other is English.
我今天有兩科考試，一科是數學，一科是英文。

在「沒有限定的範圍」內隨意列舉出兩個，意思為「一個...另一個...」
There are several books on the table. One is a dictionary; another is a picture book.
桌上有好幾本書。其中一本是字典；另一本是圖畫書。
Jim owns a lot of different hats. One is a black cap; another is a brown hat.
吉姆擁有很多頂帽子。其中一頂是黑色鴨舌帽，有另一頂是咖啡色的帽子。
I love many kinds of snacks. One is chocolate cake. Another is apple pie.
我喜愛多種點心。一種是巧克力蛋糕，另一種是蘋果派。
以下介紹用於數目較多時的複數不定代名詞

● some…others… still others…
用於「沒有限定範圍」的人或物，指「一些…另一些…（又有一些...）」，其中 others 等同於「other+複數名詞」。
