「get the word out」指的不是「單字」而是「訊息」

「word」當名詞，最常用來指「單字；詞」，而很多的字詞所組成的「一句話、一段消息」也可以用word表示。再延伸一點，若想表達「把消息傳開、把訊息散布出去」則可以用片語「get the word out」囉：
📌 get the word out 把消息傳開；散佈訊息
Can you help me get the word out about the school dance next week?
你能幫我把下週學校舞會的消息宣傳出去嗎？
