冬天是感冒容易流行的季節，天冷會促使人想長時間待在室內，如若空氣不流通，就容易造成疾病傳染，以下分享兩個表達「感冒傳染、散播」的說法：
spread （使疾病、細菌等）傳播
Larry went home from school so he wouldn't spread his cold to classmates.
Larry 從學校回家，以免將感冒傳染給同學。
The disease spread quickly through the country, and soon all the hospitals were full.
這個疾病迅速地傳遍整個國家，不久後所有的醫院都充滿病人。
go around （疾病）傳播，流行
Many children got sick because of the cold that's going around their school.
許多孩子因為學校的流行性感冒而生病了。
