英文「連綴動詞」是什麼？又該如何使用？
「連綴動詞」又稱「不完全不及物動詞」用來連接主詞與形容詞或名詞，作主詞補語修飾主詞。句子中常使用的「be動詞」就是連綴動詞的一種，此外常見的連綴動詞還有「表達變化」與「感官相關」兩種，來看句型用法如何用：
* 常見連綴動詞有這些：
（1）be動詞：is、am、are、was、were、be、been…等。
（2）感官相關：sound 聽起來、look 看起來、feel 感覺起來、smell 聞起來...等。
（3）表達變化：become 變得、get 變成；變得、grow 成長、turn 使…變成
（4）表仍然、維持：remain 仍然是、stay 繼續；保持、keep（使）保持。
* 以下 3 種連綴動詞的用法：
（1）表達「變化」或「維持」的連綴動詞：S +連綴動詞+ adj./N
After I saw his movie, the actor became my favorite movie star.
看過他的電影以後，這名演員就成為我最喜歡的電影明星了。
It takes a lot of hard work to become successful.
要成功必須要非常努力。
The 7-Eleven stayed open even though there was a typhoon.
這家 7-11 即使在颱風天仍持續營業。
（2）感官相關的連綴動詞「…起來」：S + 連綴動詞 + adj.
Amy felt tired, so she went to bed early.
Amy 覺得累了，所以她早早就睡了。
This restaurant looks good. Let's eat dinner here.
這間餐廳看起來不錯，我們在這裡吃晚餐吧。
Your washing machine sounds so loud! Is it broken?
你的洗衣機聽起來真吵！它壞了嗎？
（2-1）疑問句用疑問詞 how 詢問「嚐／聞／感覺／看／聽起來如何」。
A: How does the coffee taste?
B: It tastes good.
A：那杯咖啡喝起來如何？
B：它嚐起來不錯。
（3）「…起來像…」：S + 連綴動詞 + like + N
Both John and his sister look like their father.
John 和他的妹妹看起來像他們的爸爸。
My towel smells like an old sock. I need to wash it!
我的毛巾聞起來像是一只舊襪子，我要把它拿去洗！
That singer's voice sounds like a musical instrument.
那位歌手的聲音聽起來像是一種樂器。
Look at that building. It looks like a boat!
看那棟建築物！它看起來像是一艘船！
（3-1）疑問句用疑問詞 what 詢問「嚐／聞／感覺／看／聽起來像什麼東西」。
A: What does the pumpkin pie taste like?
B: It tastes like the kind my grandma used to make.
A：這個南瓜派嚐起來如何？
B：它嚐起來像是我奶奶以前做的那種派。
